Rex can automatically change the main marketing photo for your listings on the portals – a proven tactic to attract as much as 40% more traffic to listing details pages on the portals.
Before allowing a listing to be published, Rex validates web portals' publication requirements. To avoid frequent errors, upload is restricted to properties that are deemed valid. Rex even provides you with helpful corrective actions to make sure a property is valid before it's published.
Within Rex, you can override of a variety of listing values including: sold price, address, listing agents, street number and under offer status. Agencies with centralised enquiry management can also override listing agent details shown on property portals. Overrides can apply to all or specific channels (for example, a sold price could be hidden on property portals, but displayed on print marketing material).
To facilitate easy access to agency listing data, Rex also supports custom uploads to other endpoints (including smaller portals or your own website).
Uploads are supported in any one of the Australian-native property portal upload standards (including REAXML, REIV, REIWA, Domain and realestate.co.nz).
Automated new listing alerts and price change updates can be scheduled for delivery via email and SMS to the contacts most likely to be interested.
Rex gives you a window of time to get potential buyers viewing a property on your website, rather then the portals. Just set a programmed default upload delay for your chosen portals and once the specified number of hours has passed or a specific date reached, Rex will automatically upload the listing.
During that window, you can publish the listing on your website and offer active buyers a sneak peek, using Rex’s e-newsletter or automated listing alert functionality. You could also advertise the property on social media and the web.
