It’s that time of year again. Sleigh bells, shopping lists, fake snow, and….Christmas cards. If you’re a Christmas card procrastinator (or just haven’t had the time to sort it out), then this is the post for you.In an effort to make your holiday season just that little bit easier, we’ve teamed up with AgentMail to get all your postcards out to your clients in just a few minutes.Boom.Heaps of time saved for more important things, like planning out which Christmas cookies you’ll be chowing down on this year. So, how does it work? Let me lay it out for you.The first thing you need to do is decide who you’re going to send a Christmas postcard to.If you don’t want to send one out to every single person in your database, create a Christmas tag and apply it to those that made the cut.Just filter your contacts to determine your new Christmas list, then add that tag with our handy mass action:
Now you can filter by your Christmas tag, and hey presto! You have your Christmas list. Just export your list and have it ready for the fun part (even more than we were already having).
Our friends over at AgentMail have provided us with some cool Christmas postcard designs for you to choose from. Once you’ve chosen your postcard, written your message and placed your order, you’ll get a handy little pop-up message:
That “Upload Files” button is where your (R)exported Rex Christmas list goes - and you’re all done! Sit back, relax, and enjoy the holiday season.Because we’re all about simplicity and functionality at Rex, our aforementioned friends over at Agentmail have also partnered with us to bring you the CRM2Print integration. What’s that, you ask?Now you can print and send out letters straight from inside Rex instead of suffering through all the papercuts yourself. How convenient is that? Answer: very.If you want to learn more about how CRM2Print can work for you and your agency, join us for our webinar on the 13th of December, where we’ll be walking you through all the ins and outs of the integration, with some handy marketing tips sprinkled in, just for you. In the meantime, you can read the CRM2Print feature release. Merry Christmas, friends.
