The Rex CRM includes 11 specialised commissions and contracts reports. These are individually designed to allow admin staff and sales managers to perform detailed analysis on commissions and cash flows.
Rex’s cash flow reports deal with current and overdue invoices and general invoice transactions. They can be drilled down by period and whether they relate to external or in-agency billing. To supplement the reports Rex includes special invoice system lists that allow quick retrieval, payment processing and invoice follow-up.
Reporting can be drilled down to an agent or property and used to quickly compare performance across different periods. This level of transparency lets managers quickly identify areas for improvement.
