We know agents often get asked about council rates, water rates, body corporate, and approximate rental price by potential buyers. This information is now front and centre on an Open Home record under the Details tab. Simply scroll to the bottom to find all the vital financial details at a glance, making it easier to answer any potential buyer's enquiries on the spot.

Has a buyer come through more than one of your opens? Where previously identifying if a buyer attended more than one open home required individual record checks, we now offer a holistic view of a buyer's open home attendance. Agents can see the dates, times, and locations of all open homes attended by a buyer, facilitating a more comprehensive understanding of buyer interest.
Effortless Document Dispatch
Understanding the need for efficiency, especially when agents are on the move or conducting buyer follow-ups via the mobile app, we've optimised the document-sending process. When sending out documents related to an open home, the app now automatically pre-fills with the listing details you were last viewing. This enhancement eliminates the need to search for the listing each time, enabling quicker, more efficient buyer follow-ups after an open home.
