We use WordPress and whilst WordPress itself is free, the cost to install it on a server, configure it properly, build your website on top of the CMS is around $1,200Social media integration $1,000Contact Forms. We have 13 prebuilt forms and at about $100 per form this is $1,300Backend API integration with external systems like the Rex CRM to then allow for full property listing and searching capabilities, open home times etc. on the website - $5,000Content Insertion - Generally, it takes about 15-20 minutes per page just to enter content into WordPress and then format it correctly. Hosting: $600+a year for a lightning fast, quality, Australian-based hosting providerOngoing Help & Support: $1200+a year.Constant development of new real estate specific functionality added to the website: $5000+ a year. Typically, a high-quality, fully-responsive, real estate specific website would cost around $25,000 to set up and around $7000 a year to maintain and keep up to date with the latest and greatest technology.Complex larger sites for agencies with specific website needs, groups/franchises can easily cost more than $50,000 especially if there's a lot of custom functionality required.
