Having just started as the new CEO of Rex Software, I recently visited the UK to meet our exceptional UK team and some of our key clients face-to-face. The visit not only underscored the UK’s position as our fastest-growing market but also solidified my belief in the incredible potential we have to expand our reach and impact.
We’ve committed to this potential by increasing our UK team by 38%. Our decision is driven by more than just numbers. It's fueled by the relationships we've built, the potential we see, and the passion our team has for making a difference. We're not just expanding our team; we're deepening our roots and strengthening our commitment to the UK market.
An Ongoing Journey
This trip was just the beginning. The executive team and I are committed to returning regularly to ensure that our UK operations have all the support they need to continue thriving.
