Configure custom reasons with our Value Lists

We have added some common reasons why a sale might fall through. With our powerful Value Lists, you can add to or remove from this list easily, shaping Rex to work to your agency's needs. Head over to Settings > Custom Values & Mailing Lists > Value Lists > Fallen Contract Reasons to customise to your liking.
Report on fell through offers using Custom Reports

Simply check the "fallen reason" column in the Offers module of Custom Reports to see the specific reasons. Notice the extra information, rather than just withdrawn, rejected or fallen.
